In collaboration with the team in EMEA, we created a high-level experience for Sanofi. We created pre-meeting mailers with customized passport holders tailored to each attendee of which there were 14 flying in form all over the world. We created a hotel-drop box to welcome them when they arrived to their hotels, we dressed the meeting room with welcome posters and a place-setting agenda. We also worked with the presentation team for the first time to create a bespoke Power Point template for Sanofi. After the meeting we created a follow-up piece to keep their memory of the event fresh and top-of-mind.
