Our project was directed toward the new Human Resources Officer hired for the McDonalds Corporation located within Chicago IL. Through our research we where able to gather the the new HRO was a Wisconsin native and Green Bay Packers fan. Also as an icebreaker for the McDonalds Corp. he expressed that his favorite McDonalds food choice was the McChicken Sandwich. We decided to make a Workday New Hire Happy Meal for him with our messaging being delivered to him on a custom made McChicken Sandwich booklet handcrafted within house by our ABM designers and packaged in a one off McDonalds Workday Clamshell Box and newly branded bag. The Cherry on top was the bespoke individualized bobblehead toy sculpted in the likeness of the new HR Officers likeness while being dressed in the uniform of his favorite NFL team, and Chicagos rival, the Green Bay Packers.
